Who can participate?
Any Leadway staff member can form or join a cross-functional group of 3–5 members spanning different divisions.
How does registration work right now?
While the full platform is being finalised, registration is being collected via Kissflow. Click any Register button to open the secure registration form.
How are ideas evaluated?
Submissions go through admin review, panel scoring with a structured rubric, and final MANCOM evaluation on viability, innovation and impact.
What happens after winning?
Winning groups receive recognition, a digital certificate, and their idea is published to the Leadway Innovation Archive for future reference.
